Returns and Refunds

I want to return my item, what do I do?

We can only offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, non-defective items. Please email us at help@ellipsisbrands.com stating the reason for your return and your order number and our Customer Care Team will be able to assist.

Once we have received your return and inspected the items, we will be able to process the return. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website. Products purchased through a retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.

If your product is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at help@ellipsisbrands.com and we'd be happy to help.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product.

Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
